Ms. Kavita Sharma, CEO and President of KR Projects is decisive and forward thinking, with strong vision and strategic capability. She has the ability to network and liaise with clients at every level. Responsible for planning strategic business objectives and also implementing systems and processes to monitor and report on performance. She works in tandem with the international EPC partners in the country of the acquired project, engineers, architects, designers, healthcare equipment suppliers, Project managers and Project managment companies, amongst others, to enable KR Projects to grow exponentially whilst maintaining its regulatory responsibilities. With 27 years of experience in real estate construction, she is highly proficient in negotiation and persuasion skills, making it easy to come to agreements and coax people, organisations, and vendors to meet the company in the middle. She has an innate ability to identify complex problems and use critical thinking skills to implement plans for overcoming those problems for the company’s benefit. She is a natural leader and is able to ensure all team members are working to the best of their capability. She is the founder and CEO of Indo British Business Forum.
Mr Rakesh K Boylla, a passionate enthusiast who was born in the family of entrepreneurs and son of a great politician Shri Devki Nandan in India whom the Indian Government has honoured by giving a street and roundabout in his name; Devki Nandan Marg & Devki Nandan Chowk in West Delhi. He is the Managing Director of KR Projects and has more than 30 years of experience in operations and setting up new projects in commercial, Retail & residential estate. His role in the company is to work closely on the ground with EPC companies & Project Engineers to give shape to the building from blue prints to reality. His varied experience involves immense learning and value addition to several start ups. Throughout his career, he has been known for his thinking, problem-solving skill and strong analytical ability, as well as perseverance, strong initiative and follow through. He brings cross functional coordination and development of a strong organisation to the table in addition to a strong functional expertise.
